刚刚
我看完了8月29号的我猜我猜我猜猜猜。。。

里面有个人不可貌相单元
这集介绍减肥美女。。

而且他在部落格上分享他的减肥心得。。
而赚取了50万！！！！！

我也想分享一下我的减肥心得
看能不能获得50万？？
哈哈~

以前的我
超有毅力
可以连续
1。三餐吃苹果
2。一个星期跑步四天到五天。。
3。除了跑步，还做瑜珈，体操，跳绳。。
4。绝食两天，只喝水~
5。吃饱后，坚持站住半小时~
6。不吃宵夜。。
7。8点之前吃晚餐
8。不吃午餐。。
10。早餐吃好点，晚餐先喝汤，后吃一汤匙的饭，减少摄取肉类~
11。忍痛绑牙，以为会瘦。。=。=
所以成功瘦了13公斤。。。

现在的我
超懒
1。一天到晚坐在电脑前
2。没饭就不行
3。一天吃两餐。。没包括吃下午茶哪些。。如果加起来大概都有四餐~（吓死人）
4。吃饱最多站10分钟 = =
5。一星期只运动一两次
6。一直嘴不停~
7。一直坐~
所以成功胖了2公斤。。。

well,i wished to make a warm soup to drink..
but hmm hmm mr desmond dun 1~ he said a soup need lots of ingredient...
troublesome..
